Hello Everyone!!!
Happy 2022 it’s a new year and I am finally going to start my fitness bar business it’s going to be a lot of trial and error but I know I will be able to accomplish it as long as I persevere this year and think postive and not let the negativity sneak in.
My name is Kaitlyn Shearer I am 25 years old and will be 26 in a few weeks. I am a full time nursing assistant and I also am a CBD advocate and I love all things natural!! In this my goals for this business is to be able to reach out to people that would like to be able to be healthy male or female and need just some guidance to the right direction. I want to be able to make Health plans for each individual that works for them and the best way I can from Beginners, intermediate , or experience people that have been being healthy already and have been doing it longer.
I will be setting up consults with people you will get a folder or binder or a email with everything you need and what we go over if you live around me and if you live in another state I can email you the info with google docs. There will be a variety of things im going to be doing and using to build this business so please be patient as I am doing this one step at a time.
Be on the look out for other important info coming in a few days as I am putting this together for this year !!! I am so excited to work with each individual this year and be able to help achieve your goals!!!!
