Your body is your ride while you're cruising this planet. Let's get it working the way you want it to! We offer personal and small group training that often centers around kettlebells, but use various modalities in order to be

st serve the individual client. Our simple training space houses kettlebells up to 52kg, various maces and clubs, barbell equipment, a pull up bar and more. Sometimes we train outdoors with our bare feet in the grass! Reach out anytime to set up an appointment, or just to talk a bit about your training needs!
