Country Fire Volleyball Weekend Recap
Another strong weekend for Country Fire teams as our athletes continued to compete, grow, and represent the club well across multiple divisions. It’s always great to see the hard work in the gym start to show up on the court.
16-1’s had an outstanding tournament, finishing 7th out of 72 teams while going 4–1 on the weekend, placing them in the top 10% of the field. Their only loss came against the #1 overall seed, and it took everything that team had to get past them. The match went the distance with our girls battling all the way to a 13–15 third set, showing the level this team is capable of competing at.
15-2’s captured 1st place, putting together a great run of volleyball and finishing the day on top. The team stayed composed in big moments and executed when it mattered most.
15-1’s finished 1st in the Silver Bracket at a two-day event, responding well after pool play and closing the weekend strong while playing some of their best volleyball of the tournament.
14-1’s put together a strong tournament run, finishing 2nd place after competing well all day. This group continues to show growth in their teamwork and confidence on the court. They played with great energy, stayed aggressive in big moments, and showed the kind of fight that keeps them in every match. It’s exciting to watch this team continue to build momentum as the season progresses.
14-2’s also had a great showing, finishing 2nd place and battling their way through a competitive bracket. This group continues to show toughness and resilience, fighting for every point and continuing to improve each week.
We’re proud of the effort across the club this weekend. The results are great, but what stands out most is seeing our athletes continue to improve, compete hard, and support each other every time they step on the court.
Back in the gym this week getting better.
