Caroline Creager, PT, is an internationally acclaimed fitness expert, physical therapist, and award-winning author. She will earn her doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of Colorado in December 2012 and received her Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy from the University of Montana. Caroline has been providing cutting-edge information to the fitness and healthcare industry for more than two decades. She is the owner of Berthoud Athletic Club, Physical Therapy Doctors, Inc., and FitNiche Publishing in Berthoud, Colorado. She is also the author of Caroline Creager’s Airobic Ball Stretching Workout, Caroline Creager’s Airobic Strengthening Workout, Therapeutic Exercises Using the Swiss Ball, Therapeutic Exercises Using Foam Rollers, Therapeutic Exercises Using Resistive Bands, and Bounce Back Into Shape After Baby. We will be closed Friday March 31 - Saturday April 1st to install tile in the front entrance to match the rest of our newly remodeled space!

We are looking for a massage therapist to join our team! We’re willing to hire a massage therapist or rent a room. We’d love someone who can perform manual lymphatic drainage or is willing to learn! Give us a call at: 970-532-2582.

We now have two room rentals available in our west wing! Each room is turnkey ready and includes all utilities, internet, and trash! One office has its own private entrance off of Mountain Avenue and includes a huge closet! Stop by 247 Mountain Avenue if you’re interested.

We would like to thank all of our members and patients for supporting us through our remodel process!! We have updated our cardio and weight room, and have a new ‘wing’ for physical therapy!

We now have 2 office spaces available for rent! Rent includes all utilities and internet. Just walk-in and enjoy!
