💙🧡 STATE TOURNAMENT UPDATE 🧡💙

Our Seniors Softball All-Stars’ incredible run at the Virginia State Tournament came to an end this morning with a hard-fought loss to Lancaster. The girls lead 6.5 innings.

While today’s result wasn’t what we hoped for, this team has absolutely nothing to hang their heads about. These young ladies represented Clarke County with determination, sportsmanship, and heart every time they stepped onto the field. From earning their spot at States to battling against some of Virginia’s best, they gave our community countless reasons to be proud.

To our players: Thank you for your dedication, your resilience, and for representing Clarke County with class. To our coaches: Thank you for the countless hours, encouragement, and leadership you’ve poured into this team. And to our families, fans, sponsors, businesses, and everyone who supported this journey—thank you for standing behind these girls every step of the way.

This tournament may be over, but the memories, friendships, and pride you’ve created will last a lifetime.

Congratulations on an outstanding season, ladies. Clarke County is incredibly proud of you! 💙🥎🧡

Clarke County won against Louisa County 10-8. The girls play tomorrow at 9:45AM.

The girls take on District 14 (Louisa County) at 4PM.

The ladies are currently enjoying Chic-fil-A and cold drinks to fuel up for their next game!
