I made this graphic back in July. And it couldn’t have been better timing… ⏳
Josh & I got pregnant a couple months later and I DID have to “restart” my fitness journey. Not BECAUSE of pregnancy but because of rehabbing a chronic injury and now I’m progressing back to a “normal/higher” level.
These are my current goals:
• lift 2-4 days a week (add in HIIT 1-2x/week)
• daily walks (8k+ steps)
• consume 1g of protein per 1 lb of bodyweight (working with my doctors to make sure I continue to eat the right amount during pregnancy)
• remind myself - more isn’t always better & to stay in my lane!!! More now than ever.

2) find a coach. I cannot emphasize this enough. In person, virtual, whatever it is, find someone trustworthy to help you and hold you accountable. It’s life changing 🫶🏼
