The Tennessee River was tuff on us last week but the Alabama River was good as usual. Had a good day yesterday caught a lot of fish and found a few good ones too. They were biting the Pro Chase’N jigs in shad colors.

We went on our annual spring break camp out with family and friends last week. We tried crappie fishing on Guntersville for the first time and I don’t know if it was the cold front or the crystal clear water but it was tuff on these central and south Alabama rivers fishing River Rats!!! Saw a bunch of good fish, Brett finally broke out the long pole and down sized to a 1/64 Blue Shad and fooled a few. We also some luck on one of our new colors(Icicle, pictured below).

The big boss Hayden (Little Rivers) Clement had a rough end to his fishing trip this morning!! He caught some fish but head butted the rock boat launch when they were talking the boat out 👎. A trip to Children’s Hospital in Birmingham and some glue for his forehead and he’s ready to go back fishing but his Popeye is putting his dad and great uncle Bo**er on probation!!! Don’t be messing with Popeye’s fishing buddy!!!
