😀 We hope all is well with you and yours! Unfortunately, there’s a lot of sickness going around, so this is a wonderful time to remind y’all that there are healthier alternatives to antibiotics. Antibiotics are the most over-prescribed medicine in this country and we aren’t told that they destroy our gut microbiome, and we surely aren’t informed to take a probiotic with them to replenish the good guys!! 🤯
