Join us for our next Women's Class on Saturday, 8/1 at 9:00 AM.
If you've been thinking about trying jiu-jitsu, this is the perfect opportunity. Whether you've never trained before or already have experience, this class is for you.
This class is completely free and open to the community. Just wear comfortable athletic attire, bring a friend if you'd like, and we'll take care of the rest.

A kid trying something new for the first time. A teammate celebrating a small victory. A room full of people pushing themselves, encouraging each other, and leaving a little better than they arrived.
