505 RV Rentals was started in 2017 to help share our love for the outdoors, camping and RV travel.

We have grown from just a few units to 8, from an 18' lightweight off-road style trailer to a 40' 5th wheel bunkhouse, for family, filming and weddings. A family owned local Rio Rancho & Albuquerque business offering the newest RV rentals for your outdoor and traveling adventures. This week brought us a variety of repairs....another roof scrape and reseal, a small solar system install, replacing a broken slideout motor, a propane leak, 7 way cord replacement and a 12v Maxxair fan install in a custom build out of a Ford Transit! Ken is great! Brought my RV in for solar issues while passing through ABQ and he was able to identify the problem quickly and repair it within a few hours. He is incredibly knowledgeable with solar and electrical issues, can't recommend him enough for repair/install in that area.

Just a few repairs this week with the Christmas holiday. Leaking water pump, replumbed the braided lines with pex on a water heater and also replaced burnt wiring and a gas valve on a water heater, and another leaking toilet valve. Everyone is back up and running, with no leaks and hot water!

The RV roof is probably the most overlooked maintenance item we see. Water is trying to find it's way into EVERY RV, and the roof should be inspected at least twice a year! If you haven't looked at your roof, please call us for a free roof inspection (at our shop) and estimate for touch up sealant or a full scrape and reseal. Water intrusion through cracks or gaps in roof sealant causes roof, wall and floor damage, and the repair costs can total an RV! Call 505 RV Services at 505-573-8689
