Frustration face perfectly pictured here at the start! Sometimes it’s not easy to stop and listen to your coach talk and talk when all you wanna do is pull another ball over, and another, and another. If you aren’t hitting it great the answer may not be just hit a million balls. Instead, this is actually a PSA to all golfers, sometimes the best thing you can do is gain clarity on how you want your swing to feel. Rather than beating ball after ball, take a second and breathe, slow down your heart rate and paint a picture of what exactly you are trying to do in your swing and the ball flight. If you have a coach, listen to them and make sure you FULLY understand what they are trying to relay. It’s easy to get confused and it is our job to pass the information to you all in a simple and precise manner. Don’t be afraid to ask us to explain differently. Nick and I have worked together for almost 6 years so he understands how I talk and my terminology 99% of the time! After a frustrating week of practice and play, we worked together and came up with simple checkpoints and feels for his brain and body to connect with. SWIPE over to the next photo for the results!
