Six years of showing up, walking together, and supporting a cause that means so much.
We’re proud to continue one of our favorite Empire traditions and participate in the Making Strides Against Breast Cancer Walk for our 6th year!
We invite our Empire athletes, families, coaches, and friends to join us as we walk together in support of those who are fighting, celebrate survivors, and honor those we’ve lost.

We're looking to finalize our Youth 1 roster before the season begins and have a few openings for dedicated bases and backspots.
-Ages 10–11.5 years old.
-Tumbling not required. Stunting experience preferred.
-Practices: Mondays & Wednesdays | 5:30–7:30 PM

Our open practice setting will give athletes and coaches an opportunity to connect, evaluate skills, and explore potential Open Team opportunities for the upcoming season.
