Welcome to the new fitness program by Brooke Blair (ACE PT) that feels like you walked into a House Party (you know the ones we weren't allowed to have, but had them or went anyway). House Party Fitness© is a dance fitness program using the hottest urban music from Hip-Hop (old and new school), Ragga, House, Top-40, R&B, Electronic, and Reggaeton. We put the fitness back into dance fitness with a

little twist: we focus on not just toning, but also strengthening major muscle groups using resistance training of the 3 zones whether using you won body weight, bands, or Spri Balls! It is a TOTAL body workout to shape and strengthen the arms, lower body and core. The party is hoppin' and all are invited! Feel great, look great, and have a blast at the same time! One. More. Chapter.... if you guys didn't know, I have been working behind the scenes creating for MONTHS. By the end of the month you can do a self-paced instructor workshop online to become a House Party Fitness®️instructor (Party Starter- with final approval). This has been a labor (stress on LABOR) of love.

Nothing beats an in-person workshop, NOTHING. You have the sense of "family" when going through it together. And we will still be doing those. However, this is an option for those whom we cannot get to or you just can't simply get to us for whatever reason. Teach in gyms, studios, online, etc.
