Our 200hr. YTT program is starting this October 2026!!!

This is your life story…….the book of you. Are you ready to write the next chapter of your life? You could be one decision away from discovering yourself beyond measure!

Whether you want to completely immerse yourself into the practice of yoga or you want to take the leap into becoming an amazing yoga teacher. Our 200hr. YTT program is awaiting you! You don’t have to teach to take the program and evolve yourself! You can just do it for yourself, for the love of the practice.

It could be just as simple as you don’t like “it” (whatever “it” is). But also notice, when things are good and you like “it”, you wouldn’t change a thing.

So next time when you don’t like something, just label it as, I don’t like this. And then move on.

You are supposed to not like things, that is how you know you like things. But you are not supposed to suffer over surface dislikes. Just don’t like “it” and move on to something you do like.

You are the opinion maker! And your brain loves to do that, your brain also finds labeling things really satisfying. So give it what it wants and move on with more joy than struggle.✌️

In the spiritual world everything is believed to happen for a reason.

In the existentialist world everything is believed to happen in a directionless universe.

When existing in the combo of these two worlds are we then just picking and choosing what to believe is spiritual or existential? Then therefore at the heart of it all, are we all just powerful existentialists in disguise?

Either way The Koi’s got you! We don’t care what drives you to be determined. All we care about is providing authenticity, a shared safe space with a supportive community, a place to express your ideas out loud or through the discovery of the self. Yoga is the practice for humans, it is the science of self-realization. So be spiritual, be existential, but most importantly be you - because that is where true happiness and peace lies……Being who you were born to be🤍.
