Price List for Life Coaching st as of 2025

$20 refundable 1 hr informational intake session. If you miss the session you will not be refunded. The deposit is required before the session can be scheduled.

(Addons and stand alone)

Session - $150

30 Minute centering call- $50

(Packages)

1 Month (4 sessions)- $400

3 Months (4 sessions Per month for 3 months + 1 Centering call a month)- $1,200

Bi - Annual ( 4 sessions Per month for 6 Months + 1 centering call a week)- $2,400

Annual ( 4 Session Per Month for 1 Year + 2 centering calls Per week)- $4,800

All Packages can be chosen to auto renew after the last session or require permission to be renewed. Must be asked in person or in writing to cancel auto renewal.

All packages come with $50 last minute reschedule and late charge if rescheduling is not done 24 hours ahead of time. Only exceptions are Death, Hospitalization or communicable disease all of which can be confirmed Via News paper or doctors note.

If you are late to your appointment by 10 minutes or more you will be assessed a $50 Tardy fee, if by 20 or more minutes you will be assessed the fee and be charged in full for that appointment which will not go on. If it is not a la carte you will just be assessed the $50 dollars and the appointment will not be rebooked, and will count as a session against your sessions for that month. Only Exceptions are that of Death, Hospitalization or Communicable disease all of which can be confirmed Via News Paper or doctors note.

The fees are not there to Hurt you, they are meant to keep You and I accountable. to each other, and to make our time as productive as possible to reach your Goals!
All Sessions are held in person or over zoom.

Remember Transformation happens when you are willing to put in the effort on yourself for no one else’s but your own benefit! You can’t work on yourself expecting respect or more love from your partner or family; while that may be the end result it should never have been the initial intention. The reason is because YOU ARE WORTH THE WORK! You are worth the sharpening, the mindfulness work, the self respect and of course the effort and energy. Because if you don’t become better for your own sake for your own mental and emotional health. Then you should see a dr and not me to get yourself to the headspace to work on you for you!

I find it interesting that most people come to me and ask, “you must take anyone willing to pay” or “you probably won’t compromise on your price.” While yes I am looking for paid clients I have done my time working with men who couldn’t afford the fees of a coach. And it’s taught me 2 things. 1. If you don’t pay Chances are you’re not going to take your GROWTH seriously!
And 2. You won’t feel bad if you don’t listen, or decide to not take to heart anything I say thus wasting my time and energy on you when I can help a client who would pay and would take our session’s seriously!

To me while I have a family to feed, it’s not about the money or being greedy. It’s about having a client serious enough to listen, be humble and be hungry enough to do the hard work of change! Booking an appointment and paying money for that appointment shows me 1 thing, you are serious about working on YOU! As far as the price is concerned if you really need my services and don’t have the money right then and there I am flexible with payment and pricing. As Lona’s your willing to pay me something for the hours I am working with you I have zero issue with adjusting my price for someone who’s serious!
