Stiff, tight, and feeling limited in your movement? This is exactly where we start.

In this session, I’m working through a targeted manual stretch along the IT band to improve fascia mobility and reduce tension that builds up from years of sitting, walking, and daily wear. But flexibility alone isn’t the goal.

Once we open the tissue, we activate it.

By having her gently drive her heel into my hand (about 30–40% effort), squeeze her glutes, and engage her quad, we’re teaching the hamstring how to turn on in a lengthened position. That’s how you build real, usable mobility, not just passive flexibility.

This is especially important as we get older:
• Reduce stiffness and tightness
• Improve joint health and range of motion
• Build strength through full movement patterns
• Move with more confidence and less pain

Mobility + activation = longevity

If your body feels tight, restricted, or “off,” it’s not too late to fix it. We train for real life, not just the gym.
