Congratulations to Kristin Regan, winner of the 18-Hole Women’s Club Spring Handicap Tournament! 🏆⛳️

After two days of great competition, Kristin captured the title in a playoff against Maggie Moniz. Congratulations to both players for an outstanding tournament and a hard-fought finish!

A big thank you to all of the participants who made this year’s Spring Handicap Tournament a success. It was wonderful to see so many golfers enjoying friendly competition and great camaraderie on the course.

We’re excited to host your tournament today and can’t wait to see everyone out on the course for a great day of golf, fun, and camaraderie. Wishing all the players perfect weather, great shots, and an unforgettable time at Timberlin!

Today was a beautiful day at Timberlin Golf Course for the Berlin Girls Golf Team. The Lady Redcoats defeated favored Farmington by 11 strokes to win the CCC Conference Tournament over Farmington and 15 other teams.

Final top scores were:
Berlin 344
Farmington 355
William Hall 384
Glastonbury 388

Berlin was led by Junior Captain Ella Michaud who was Tournament Medalist with a wonderful round of 80. Captain Grace Buchholz 86, Captain Abbey Andros 87, Alexa Zup 91 and Lena Marion 93 rounded out the team’s scoring.
Ella, Grace, Abbey and Alexa all finished in the Top 10 and were awarded medals for their accomplishments.

Additionally, it was announced that all 5 Berlin players earned All-Conference recognition for their play during the regular season. This is an unprecedented accomplishment.

Now it is on to Tashua Knolls this Monday where the team will be seeking its fifth consecutive State Championship.
