Congratulations to seniors Aiden Lane & Brady Parsons who were recipients of the 2nd Annual Justin Clements “JC13” Memorial Scholarship Tuesday evening at the Kennett High Scholarship night. The scholarships were presented by Justin’s good friend, classmate & teammate George Weigold (Class of 09’).
Justin (Class of 09”) was a two time co-captain of the Eagles, a member of the first championship team in 2009 and scored the game winning goal in the championship game. More importantly Justin was an incredible leader, student athlete & a friend to anyone he came into contact with. After Kennett he attended Merrimack College and went on to have a successful career in business. Justin remained heavily involved in Kennett Hockey up to his unexpected passing in 2024. Thank you to the Clements family and all Justin’s family, teammates and friends for continuing to keep his memory alive through this scholarship.
The 2025 recipients of the scholarship were Conner Wiggin & Sawyer Hussey.
