Eric was born in Chincoteague, Virginia in 1983 and moved to Berlin, Maryland where he has lived since 1992. Eric comes from a family of decoy carvers, such as Herbert "Herbie" Daisey Jr., Delbert "Cigar" Daisey, both from Chincoteague, Virginia. As a little boy, Eric would spend time in the shop with his grandfather Herbie carving and continued to carved as a hobby for years. In 2012, Eric decide
d to continue the family tradition of decoy carving by opening up his own shop and producing hunting and decorative decoys. All of our decoys are hand made and painted in acrylics and are built to sit on a shelf for display or can be put to work as part of your hunting spread.
