March 8 - Women’s Self-defense at our Mich Ave location

This is a Women’s Self-defense class utilizing martial arts principles of the Ving Tsun Kung Fu system

This workshop will lay a strong foundation in the basic drills and exercises of the Ving Tsun kung fu training system. You’ll learn practical self-defense techniques, and develop real striking power.

You’ll be practicing in a safe learning environment alongside other new students. Qualified instructors will guide you through the process, ensuring that your training produces results.

All proceeds goto the local charity Alternatives for Girls who’s mission is to help girls and young women experiencing homelessness and other risks avoid violence, early pregnancy, and exploitation; and help them to explore and access the support, resources, and opportunities necessary to be safe, to grow strong, and to make positive choices for their lives.
