The American West has been on fire for over a month. It’s hard to do business as usual when there’s a pandemic and a raging natural disaster threatening the lives of half a million people plus uncountable wildlife and our respective habitats. Add to that toxic air and you have a situation that brings you back to the essentials. What really matters? What is worth fighting for? What future do you want to co-create? What can you contribute?

And before jumping into action, answer the question “What does that bring up for me?”

As a coach and spiritual seeker I have a bag full of tricks that help calm the mind, relax the body and calm emotions. I want to share some of them with you via zoom call, for free. I will kick off this new series of metaphysical 'brunch' conversation with my friend LJ Cranmer, wise woman par excellence, this Sunday, 3/22, at 11am PT. Happy equinox! As the northern hemisphere tunes into spring start paying attention to what you dwell on. It’s where you put your mind and thoughts that you will grow more. You may have the best intentions to manifest something new, yet when you focus on the lack of it you reinforce the lack, not the growth.
