Who wants to get in shape?
Starting April 2nd we will be running beach workouts from 7am till 12pmevery Monday and Wednesday at Larkey Park in Walnut Creek, everyTuesday and Thursday at the Clark Kerr courts in Berkeley and every Friday morning at Main Beach in Santa Cruz. The workouts will run in hour long segments and incorporate everything from kettle bells, to TRX bands, to cardio, to core, to plyometrics etc. Basically, we are going to kick your ass and make you earn the results. We have been doing these self-crafted workouts for months now, and have seen drastic improvements in our fitness and playing abilities. Non-volleyball players are welcome. We urge everyone to come out and give it a try!!
The workouts will be $10 per session or $100 per 11 sessions. We promise a fun time, music, and something new every day. We also hope to get feedback from all of you, so that the workouts can be tailored to your individual needs more and more as we progress together.
KIDS ARE WELCOME!!!! We have a babysitter on hand at all times. 24 hour advanced notice required.
