Our corps of teachers—including eleven certified Iyengar Yoga teachers—offer a practice that is genuine, nourishing and effective. At Adeline Yoga, teachers have a deep and thoughtful understanding of yoga and a strong personal practice. Our teachers are knowledgeable about alignment and yoga therapeutics, use of props and yoga philosophy. We accommodate special needs and address health limitations in all of our classes.
