📣 Join us in April for our Personal Safety Strategies for Women workshops! We’ll be hosting 2 of them in our spacious mat room at UC Berkeley Recreation & Wellbeing:

Thu 4/18 12-1pm
Tue 4/23 1-2pm

Learn how to think strategically about personal safety, train your body to react instead of freeze, practice physical self-defense techniques, and transform fear into self-confidence. This one-hour workshop is for people who experience life through the lens of a woman in body, spirit, identity. Comfortable workout clothing is recommended; bare feet required.
