Yup, after almost 20 years of teaching I don’t know the answer to every question clients ask me.
We will never know the answers to everything and personally, I hope I never think I do.
What I do know though is that one of the most valuable professional skills isn’t having every answer ready.
It’s being comfortable enough to admit when you don’t.
I’ve found that clients appreciate honesty far more than faux certainty.
When you say you’ll look into something, and then actually follow up, you demonstrate professionalism, curiosity, and respect and a true investment in their journey.
Those qualities build trust far more effectively than trying to sound like you know every muscle origin, insertion, and action.
Teach what you know, answer what you know.
Then go learn more.
Then teach that and answer more questions.
You are doing great 💪💙
