Feeling very grateful to be surrounded by a team of people around me that share a vision, push me every day, and bring all the good energy in every way.

Building a business and continuing to train (run and lift each day) is waaaay easier when you are immersed in a positive environment. 🙌🏼

And yes, I start my day with bone broth for the gut health (fasted), added protein, and natural electrolytes before my runs! Don’t knock it til you try it.

Rolling into weekend one of with the !

I am so beyond grateful every day to continue building this vision with the most incredible people on the planet…it just becomes more and more real every time we all get to get together. 🙌🏼

Leadville training staying on course, 1441 events and athlete races are alive and well, and the smiles keep flowing. Let’s have a weekend, NYC.

No better feeling than growth… 🙌🏼

Building a business is one thing. Training to run 100 miles is another. Doing them both at the same time…well, it’s not easy, but the little things compound in the best way.

Behind the scenes, there’s stress…but stress can be both positive and/or negative. I just choose to see it all as an opportunity to grow through. 🙏

That said, the body and the mind always have to be in alignment to manage cortisol levels, keep energy high, and lock the focus in. One thing I am now taking every day (for the past 3 months) to cover ALL my needs in one is Daily Essentials…when there are 90 essential nutrients in one packet, its wild to FEEL the different in clarity, hydration, and focus to keep pushing for growth.
