We still need more parents for this Saturday and we also need to start filling Saturday 8/30. (They are 2 hour slots)

Concessions are an important part of keeping our program running and keep our registration fee down.

If families do not sign up voluntarily, shifts will be assigned. If you’re unable to work your assigned time, you’ll need to find your own replacement.

Don’t Forget!!! Tomorrow All Wolves are to report to the HS Field tomorrow for the Free Clinic presented by the Berkeley Springs Indian Football program! Coach Eddy and staff put on a great clinic and keep the kids busy and moving. Your Athlete will get to work with the HS Football players and create a mentor type bond.

BSHS Clinic Update:

Due to the heat advisory, tonight’s BSHS clinic has been postponed to next week.

We are currently in the “yellow” zone, so the board is allowing practices to continue at the head coaches discretion.

Practices are to be shorts and t-shirt practices. Please bring your helmet, as drills with helmets may be incorporated on a limited basis.

If conditions shift into the “orange” zone, practice will be canceled for safety.

Please check your teams HEJA for updates regarding your specific team.

Weather 7/16

The board is holding off on canceling practice in hopes that the storm moves through quickly and we’re still able to get a productive session in. However, practice will be canceled immediately if there is any lightning.

If your head coach has not announced a cancellation, practice is still scheduled as planned.

We completely understand if you decide not to send your child due to weather concerns. Your child will not be penalized for missing practice, and there will still be plenty of opportunities to complete the required 12 practices.

Practice days and times are up to your head coach and posted in the Heja app. 12 practics needed before first game.

🏈 July 17 - BSHS Player Clinic 6pm-8pm (this counts as a practice)

🏈 July 19 - MANDATORY LEAGUE COACHES meeting at Martinsburgs High School at 1pm

🏈 July 20 - First weigh in 12-3pm (you MUST attend at least 1)

🏈🎀 🏳️ July 26 - Badge photos 8-2pm Martinsburg High School (team mom and coaches only, be prepared to pay $5) the league may give us a specific time slot but if not, we may ask everyone to come at a specific time so we can get in and out

🏈 August 3 - Second weigh in if you missed the first one (time & location TBD)

🏈🎀 August 9 - First game (I will post the game schedule as soon as the league provides it)

🏳️ Team moms have been given rosters for HEJA, their games typically start a few weeks after tackle games start.
