Let’s Move for a Cause at Self Sufficient Fitness
This May, for Mental Health Awareness Month, I’m offering 10% off all Self Sufficient Fitness sessions — and in addition, I’ll be donating 10% of every sale to the KAW Foundation, an amazing local organization that supports mental health education, anti-bullying efforts, and self-worth programs for kids and teens.

This mission hits home for me — As an active dad and having been through mental health struggles, I am currently going back to school to become a child therapist. I wish to make a difference in helping kids grow strong inside and out.
