It is with sadness I am sharing that Fit Forever held its last class this morning. I am proud of what I accomplished and have no regrets in starting a business of my own. This studio has been a part of my life for 5.5 years and I have learned so much and it has been transformative in many ways. I thank every person who walked through the door for trusting me and the fabulous trainers to help you with your personal fitness journey. And it is a journey. We became a family and will continue to be friends beyond Fit Forever. I am grateful to Amy, Mary, Gigi, Elena, Gina, Patty, Alicia and Roseann who took a leap of faith and also believed in my vision. I could not have done this without you all. Keep moving. Keep believing in yourself and your abilities. Thank you!❤️💪🏻❤️

Fit Forever is now virtual! There are so many positive aspects to this new format!
1. Live classes with real time feedback and modifications. Safely exercising is our priority!
2. Certified trainers who are knowledgeable and engaging.
3. Work out safely from home or anywhere! Never miss a work out because you are away or not feeling 100%

It’s a New Year and time for a fresh start. Fit Forever is your virtual option for a great workout. First and foremost, classes are led by knowledgeable, certified personal trainers who have a passion for helping people achieve their personal fitness goals. The positive support and energy you get from a virtual Fit Forever workout can extend beyond class and carry you through the rest of your day. Fit Forever Zoom classes bring back the community feeling of being in class, right from your own home. By participating in a live class, you can interact safely and you’ll get feedback in real-time. Rather than following a pre-recorded workout, a live class makes you feel like you’re in the same room as not only the trainer but your group. Our classes range from boxing, Hiit, core, stretch to resistance, etc. At Fit Forever we know that no two people can train the same way and everyone is at a different point in their fitness journey.
