1. πŸ“ Plan out your week in advance! Just like any other goals or aspirations, writing it down is more likely to make it come to fruition. Be PROACTIVE instead of REACTIVE with your schedule.
2. Make a commitment to something! Plan to meet a friend, sign-up for a class, meet with a trainer. ACCOUNTABILITY partners work. πŸ‘―β€β™€οΈ
3. Go for more walks! πŸšΆπŸ»β€β™‚οΈπŸšΆπŸ»β€β™‚οΈπŸšΆπŸ»β€β™‚οΈNot all activity has to be a traditional gym session or all out cardio. Adding an hour brisk walk to your week will go a long way and allow you to be active even on rest days. This is free and involves no equipment.
4. Increase accessibility to activity. How can you make exercise more conveniently located to you? This can look like figuring out how to exercise in your own home or finding somewhere local or virtual. ACCESSIBILITY is huge when it comes to adherence.
