That’s why Unbroken Athletic was built differently.

Yes, we help people get stronger.

Yes, we help people lose body fat, build muscle, and improve their health.

But what we’re really building is a place where people feel seen.

A place where nobody cares what your score was.

A place where modifications are normal.

A place where beginners aren’t treated like outsiders.

A place where coaches know your name.

A place where people notice when you’re missing.

A place where showing up matters more than being perfect.

Some of our members have been here for years.

Not because we’re the hardest workout in town.

Murph. Memorial Day weekend. Every year.

1 mile run. 100 pull-ups. 200 push-ups. 300 air squats. 1 mile run.

We do it because Lt. Michael Murphy did it first. We do it because he and so many others gave everything so we get to wake up and choose hard things on a Saturday morning.

The discomfort is the point. The discomfort is the privilege.

Look around this room — new members, OGs, people who scaled, people who RX’d, people who stayed to cheer the last person in. THIS is Unbroken.

It’s a tradition that helps push us, humble us, and allows us the opportunity to dedicate a bit of pain and sweat to honor Lt. Michael Murphy (SEAL), a man who sacrificed everything he had for our Freedom. ❤️🇺🇸

The Murph Challenge isn’t about getting PRs or beating others in the gym.

It doesn’t matter if you do 1/2 murph, do modified pull ups or don’t wear a vest.

Ten years ago, this didn’t exist.

This community didn’t exist.
These relationships didn’t exist.

And now it does.

Not because of a building or a program…
but because people showed up.
They stayed.
They chose to grow.

That’s what Unbroken is.

The Intramural Open we just finished and the celebration this weekend were a reminder of that—what we’ve built together over the last 10 years.

This isn’t something you find everywhere.

And we don’t take a single person in this community for granted.
