I am a movement and mobility specialist with a passion for gymnastics and Cirque inspired fitness. I have spent the last 16 years of my life coaching gymnastics at the optional and elite level all over the country and have been blessed to coach alongside 5 other Olympic and national team coaches from Australia, Germany, here in the US and Armenia. or a few years doing anything from Duo Silks, cordelisse, and aerial straps, to Chinese pole, handbalancing and partner acrobatics. After several injuries (broken back, torn bicep, wrecked ankle) I began exploring mobility to improve the control I have over my joints, eliminate pain, and generally move better. The unknown is scary to that identity, it’s why you hold onto it, unconvinced the next stage could actually contain more beauty.

This requires you to give up something in order to get something grander. But it’s human nature to desperately avoid losing something (even if you don’t like that much any more.) More so than it is motivating to step into the potentially better unknown.

We often think we can only get to the *potential better* by manipulating the current paradigm. But more often than not it’s the old paradigm velcroing us to outdated ways of thinking. And if we peel ourselves away from it, we’d find ourselves freer and more enriched.

Sept = 7, oct = 8, Dec = 10… so why is September the 9th month? Because the calendar has been reset from 13 months of 28 days each and one additional day of rest. April is the actual first month, followed by May, June, SOL, July… and so on. 1000 years have been added to the calendar, what was once J543 because 1543, the year 543 became the year 1543. It is closer to 1023 than 2023. Astrology was introduced after the last reset and is a relatively new program. Someone can be authentic and pure, but your own self judgement (from ways you think you’ve mislead people) will be projected onto them such that you feel mislead by them.

Someone can think they are being authentic on the surface, but only because of the series of lies they’ve already told themselves and chosen to believe.

Very few people separate their projection from their beliefs and perceptions to assess the energy in front of them separately from their own. They just get a vibe and judge it without considering the other factors that influenced the way they made that decision.

Don’t fall for the superficial cliches as a bypass for deeper self awareness.

When you tell someone you love them you are simultaneously afraid they won't say it back. Or you tell them all the time because of your own fear of abandonment. You need constant reminders of your partners love for you because you're afraid it will disappear and they'll drop the floor out from under you.

Or you're in the honeymoon phase high on dopamine afraid of losing that high, but ignoring that fear because you feel good.

You proclaim your love on the internet because you feel you need to make it bigger than it is so you can justify actually choosing someone. A fear of missing out on someone better when you yourself don't feel like you're good enough.

Fear fear fear.

True love isn't heightened emotion or romanticism.

It is a choice and commitment. This creates connection.

But this connection isn't love. It is just the absence of fear.

Hypersensitivity and emotionality are not superpowers.

Are you afraid of your dreams?

Portal 9 in The Master Key is all about the non-physical dream space. While this session is centered around techniques that help you program yourself to wake up in your dreams, the more important lessons are regarding the symbolic nature of dreams.

When you begin to understand that your dreams are teachers and that your guides instruct through symbols, your entire engagement with your dreams can change dramatically. Not only do they become dramatically more vivid, but even your experience of their intensity will change such that you're no longer afraid of what you used to perceive as nightmares, there's a level of power and tangibility that evolves.

You will start to track your dreams and see how the fields of probability explored in dreams symbolically have distinct overlays with lessons and experiences you have in your waking life. As you begin to use your dreams more proactively you begin to explore these lessons at a deeper level and begin to use these nonphysical spaces as training grounds.

There are many elements of distortion around the dangers of dreaming, astral projection, and out of body experience. Claiming threats of hijacking, phantom ties, and negative agendas. And if you believe these are real you can certainly create experiences of this for yourself or even block yourself from remembering your dreams. But you dream and experience the non-physical every single night whether you remember it or not.

You experience the same place you go when you die every single night whether you remember it or not. And it is a most creative and magical space, you can learn to spend days or weeks there every single night with training and it can increase the vividness of your waking life dramatically.

I don't teach tricks in The Master Key, but instead help you to program yourself on an ongoing basis to learn to wake up more and more in the non-physical. First you learn to remember your dreams. Then you bring more of your waking awareness, memory, and intelligence into the dream space. It is a progressive training rather than a one-off trick. It is designed to help you consistently awaken more and more frequently.

I just wanted to feel better.

If I was just a little stronger, I'd feel more confident... and I'd feel better.

If my body was a little leaner I'd stop worrying about it... and I'd feel better.

If my business made a million dollars I'd have freedom... and I'd feel better.

If I had that new car people wouldn't judge the car I drove... and I'd feel better.

If my girlfriend was more attractive I wouldn't worry about my friends judgements and I'd be able to be committed... and I'd feel better.

If my partner was more trustworthy and reliable I'd be able to open up more... and feel better.

If I just had my debt paid off I'd be able to go on adventures and purchase those programs that will help me grow... and feel better.

If I just take this psychedelic I'll get a new insight that will help my life... and I'll feel better.

If I just smoke a little w**d I'll be able to relax and get to work... and feel better.

Stop trying to feel better. You bring yourself and your lessons with you wherever you go. In learning your lessons, in gaining more self awareness, in learning to choose and commit you WILL feel better. But feeling better should not be the goal.

You are stuck wanting to feel better, while your soul wants to feel everything.

Learning to feel everything WILL result in better feelings overall. Not because the feelings are better, but because the need for contrast is connected to the lessons you need to learn. Once learned, the need for that contrast subsides and your experience of what you are feeling can change.

There's no such thing as just a bad feeling, just an energy and a story you are mistranslating through the lens of your preferences and programming.

For a long time I operated on the idea that there was something better to achieve. I compared myself to the superficial scenes shown on social media and felt a wave of inadequacy. I must not be able to "get there" because I haven't met certain criteria -- you don't know what you don't know right? And this very belief kept me separate from the experience my soul wanted.

It's not the 'not knowing' that matters, it's the belief that the not knowing does matter that makes it matter.

Phew that's a mouthful.

But I kept searching for more knowledge, more info, more tricks that would make me enjoy where I was while seeking to be further along. When I ALREADY WAS way further ahead.

The point I'm trying to make here is that when you think you're left behind, you'll experience being left behind. If you think you're right where you should be, you'll experience alignment. You can't think you're where you should be while also believing you should be somewhere else.

Back to yesterday's post: do you believe your soul knows what you want? If it does... might you be exactly where you should be with everything you need to be there? Might your feeling of needing to be elsewhere generate the feeling of separation from it?

Hungry Mental Wanting and desiring something separates you from it. If you desire it you're connected to it, but separate from it. If you chase your desires you're simultaneously separating yourself from them. I did this for a long time, everything always felt very elusive. Like it happened for everyone else besides me and if I just wanted money badly enough, if I'd use the correct manifestation technique I'd get it.

I didn't force myself to stop wanting what I wanted. I realized I didn't need to keep reminding my soul that I wanted it, my soul already knew better than I did. At that moment I began to trust where I was, trust how it was unfolding, recognizing I didn't need instant gratification or rescue from compressed experience, that I was compressing my own experience by separating myself from it. It was through this focus that my desires were always available to me.

To learn more about these tertiary and secondary energy centers, and their pathways, take a gander at The Master Key program linked in my bio. There is a 4 hour session walking you through the process of activating each of these centers, finding areas of blockage and unblocking them, and another 3.5 hour session on the psychological correspondances of those locations in the body. It will teach you why your mind works the way it does, why your body is giving you the feedback signals it is (either in terms of pain or emotion) and help you draw a much larger picture of how your body is operating energetically.

If you are continuously seeking nature, grounding, the mountains, it means there are energies flowing through you that are overstimulating your energy body and that has physical manifestations in your nervous system, organs, thoughts, and emotions. You can keep grounding and draining your energy, or you can heal these blockages so you don't need grounding and can actually use your energy rather than drowining in overthinking, anxiety, and pain.
