If you move from the Northern to the Southern Hemisphere (like traveling from the USA to Australia), the Moon doesn’t actually change—but the way you see it does.

🌍 Standing on the opposite side of Earth shifts your perspective by nearly 180 degrees.

🔭 Here’s what changes:
• In the Northern Hemisphere: the Tycho Crater appears toward the lower part
• In the Southern Hemisphere: it shows up near the top

✨ Same object in the sky… completely different orientation.

HEADS UP‼ NEXT TUESDAY --RARE ECLIPSE🌕 where the moon will turn RED🔴 on Tuesday Morning (March 3rd) across the United States from a RARE total lunar eclipse!! What makes it so rare will be called the "Selenelion", which means the eclipsed moon and the sun will be visible simultaneously above the horizon!!

Who will be watching??

We are less than one week away from the Lunar Eclipse during the morning of March 3rd! The west coast will see the eclipse in its entirety, with the blood moon setting during the eclipse phase on the east coast... which will look pretty cool too!
