☀️Time Trial Update☀️

Due to the projected extreme heat we have made the difficult decision to cancel the race clinic scheduled for Saturday morning. We came to this decision after consulting with our staff, our meteorologist on call, and with guidance from NICA regarding heat safety.

In order to safely hold this event and allow all student-athletes the opportunity to time trial without operating during windows of time where the index is above safe levels we have adjusted the schedule. We will hold the time trial in the mornings in order to utilize the coolest parts of the day. Additionally, we have plans in place to offer cooling methods for student athletes to prepare and recover. You can find the updated schedule including your team's new start time linked in the Race Flyer. (Attached below)

We encourage you to stay out of the sun whenever possible, hydrate well ahead of time, bring plenty of water, and let's have a great (albeit warm) season opener.

We know that our race clinic is an amazing opportunity for new racers and that many of you and your student-athletes will be disappointed at the cancellation, but we take safety of our riders and their families very seriously. Thank you for your grace and understanding.
