Weโre seeking a Landscape Architect, Trail Planner, or Landscape Designer with 3โ5 years of experience who thrives in collaborative, hands-on environments. This role is ideal for someone
who enjoys translating ideas into tangible designs and is inspired by the outdoors and active recreation.

The Landscape Planner/ Landscape Designer will support a variety of design and planning projects: from concept development to construction documentation. Youโll work closely with
senior designers and project managers to help deliver innovative outdoor recreation environments across the country.
๐๐๐ฒ ๐๐๐ฌ๐ฉ๐จ๐ง๐ฌ๐ข๐๐ข๐ฅ๐ข๐ญ๐ข๐๐ฌ
โช๏ธAssist in the design and documentation of trail systems, parks, and outdoor recreation projects.
โช๏ธSupport preparation of Construction Drawings, including layout, grading, and detailing utilizing AutoCAD.
โช๏ธPrepare illustrative plans, sections, renderings, and visual presentations using Adobe Creative Suite, and SketchUp/Lumion or other graphic programs.
โช๏ธContribute to 3D modeling, hand graphics, and concept development.
โช๏ธConduct site research, analysis, and inventory to support design decisions.
โช๏ธCollaborate with the PTD team through all phases of design and construction.
๐๐ฎ๐๐ฅ๐ข๐๐ข๐๐๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง๐ฌ
โช๏ธDegree in Landscape Architecture (or other related field preferred), not mandatory.
โช๏ธ3โ5 years of professional experience in a landscape architecture, trail or park planning, or design office.
โช๏ธStrong proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, and Lumion.
โช๏ธExcellent design sense and attention to detail.
โช๏ธCapable of producing both digital and/or hand-rendered graphics.
โช๏ธKnowledge of construction documentation and grading principles.
โช๏ธWe strongly prefer candidates who are active mountain bikers.
โช๏ธInterest in trails, mountain biking, parks, and outdoor recreation design.
โช๏ธStrong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.
โช๏ธWillingness to relocate to or reside in Arkansas.
