Have you ever wondered why massaging your feet helps your entire body move easier? Join us for Yoga tonight at 6pm to discover the answer. If you have a golf ball or tennis ball that will help. If not, you could use a water bottle or any firm small ball or a foam roller.

We will move through a simple Yoga practice that stretches the body in all directions.

Grab your favorite bottle of lotion. We will love our feet with a foot massage followed by relaxation pose.

This Saturday will be the first Yoga Class in the October Halloween Yoga Series.

After yoga, I'll have an informal Pilates Reformer Studio Open House which will include a free mini lesson.

Wear layers, we will start by the fire with hot cocoa. Next, we'll leave behind our burdens before walking out into the field to warm up in front of the creek. Classes will include Halloween yoga poses and a mindful hike to the creek for a nature meditation. Bring a warm blanket, water bottle, yoga....
