I’m looking for five men and/ or women over 35 that want to shed fat in the next 12 weeks!
– came to me after an extended break from his health and wellness. He was hesitant because he worried that his motivation would burnout fast but has found himself developing habits and building discipline. He’s taking stairs more often, noticing a muscle here and strength gains there..and has lost eight pounds in just over a month!
– started the program after years of yo-yo dieting and calorie counting and was uneasy when the scale didn’t exactly show the progress she was making. She chose to stay engaged in her process, keep a learner’s mind, and is now staying off the scale, gaining strength, and has totaled 19.5 inches lost!
– started quite recently after years of trauma relating to diet and exercise, restrictive eating, and the feeling that her worth is dictated by her size. She chose to empower herself by signing up, being teachable, and is now developing a healthy relationship with her body and learning how to eat ENOUGH, sustainably, and in ways that nurture her body. She’s not only on a healing journey, but she’s also making some crazy gains in strength and has already lost eight pounds! AND she’s brought her husband along for the ride!
- came to me after a break and was uneasy about changing his workout program but chose to trust the process, allow me to make some changes and guide nutrition, and now has the endurance to play tennis for over an hour every week in addition to his current workout load! He’s also made significant gains in strength (recently maxed out the leg extensio machine), hit a 60-miles-of-walking milestone, his body composition is changing, and he is learning to cook!
