I had a chance to get out for a few hours this evening for an Adams County, OH bow hunt

It paid off big with this great, heavy mass buck scoring 157 5/8”

I only ever had one pic of this buck but the rut had him up in daylight today.

Dad punched his Ohio tag this evening on a great Adams County buck. We had just put this stand up this morning, he slid in and the buck followed the script. Way to go dad!

Rough scored right at 160”

He made a perfect shot - dropping it within 50 yards. Way to get the season started for us Beau!

There are a lot of turkeys on our properties this spring - I had great two hunts this year - one in Kentucky and the other this morning in Ohio for opening day.

Kentucky full season (deer and turkey) lease opportunity

212 acres in Nicholas county

Only thing to note is you have to share it some days with the owner and agree to 140” minimum on bucks. I had this one as a personal lease last year but only made it there one time (for early youth season). We saw a ton of deer and several bucks just don’t have time to get there so letting it go this year.

Reasonably priced due to the restrictions with the landowner

Dad and I went out to one of our Ohio farms today in Adams County to look for sheds

Super pumped to find this guy who will be high on the hit list this fall!

12” G3 / 25.5” main beam

We gave him the pass this year as we think he was only 3.5 year old
