Remember to sign up for next race on July 12th! We have an Olympic distance, sprint distance, aqua bike and duathlon distances.

The Sunrise Triathlon OWS is on Sunday July 12, 2026. It includes the following events: Sunrise Triathlon OWS - Sprint, Sunrise Triathlon OWS - Olympic, Sunrise Triathlon OWS - Duathlon, and Sunrise Triathlon OWS - Aquabike.

We waited out the storms and got a few hundred up to 1,300m! Getting those repetitions in, good job all and thanks to Jeanie for SUP safety boat!

Look for more practice OWS in late June and July before our open water tri on July 12th.

OWS practice at American Legion on Cross Lake tomorrow night, 6pm. We’re watching the weather and will cancel for heavy rain or lightning. I’ll paddle support in a sprinkle!
