Let's start Introducing our Staff
General Manager - Deputy John Robert Brinkley.
He is a native of Marshall County, A 1987 graduate of Marshall County High School. He is a Special Deputy with the Marshall County Sheriff’s Department, since 2019. He is also a member of the Calvert City Fire Department. He holds Associates in Applied Science degree in Criminal Justice - Law Enforcement Track from West Kentucky Community and Technical College System (WKCTCS) and a Associates in Applied Science degree in Fire / Rescue Science Technology from West Kentucky Community and Technical College System (WKCTCS) .
He is a Combat veteran of the Kentucky Army National Guard and went in to full-time military service in May 2001. After the attacks of September 11, 2001, I was selected to attend a special fi****ms training program, developed for implementation of a close-quarters fi****ms training program for National Guard soldiers and Active Duty soldiers deploying to Iraq and Afghanistan. He retired from the KY Army National Guard in September 2013, after more than 28 years of service.

Army Good Conduct (3), Army Commendation (2), Army Achievement (2), Army Reserve Components Achievement (4), National Defense Service (2), Armed Forces Service, Global War on Terrorism, Overseas Service (2), Armed Forces Reserve (2), Iraq Campaign Medal (w/ Campaign Star), NCO Professional Development (3), German Marksmanship, Kentucky Merit (2), Kentucky Service (5), Kentucky State Active Duty (3), Kentucky Commendation (4) and is a Kentucky Colonel.
In addition to being a qualified military Small Arms Master Gunner Instructor/Instructor-Trainer, he is also qualified in Stop-the-bleed, Active Shooter, Mass Casualty, Traffic incident management, Illicit Lab Awareness / Violence Intervention by Prevention for Emergency Responder (VIPER), Integrated Response with Tactical Teams.
