Today was our final day of tennis clinics, and what a wonderful time we had!

A huge thank you to Robbie Robertson and Christine Howard for sharing their talent, patience, and love of the game with the kids! You made this experience so special, and we are incredibly grateful for your help.

Thank you as well to all of the parents who brought their children out to participate. Your support helped make these clinics a success, and we loved seeing everyone learn, grow, and have fun on the court.
We appreciate each and every one of you.

As many of you know, on February 17th, one of the two soldier statues in front of the Veterans Plaza at Mike Miller Park was
damaged by vandals. In a timely manner, we had it repaired, both soldier statues restored, and we rededicated them with a ceremony
on March 28.
At the moment we saw the vandalism in person, we thought that the only way this could be any worse was if they also damaged the
CFSB West Kentucky Miracle League Facility. Little did we know at that time they did. The individuals skidded their ATV tires on
sidewalks, but worse, on the crumb rubber areas of the field, dugouts and entrance. Black tire marks marred the baseball artwork. We priced the cleanup, selecting Premier Disaster Restoration and Cleaning to do the work. Once into the project, we received a call that they offered to clean not only the affected areas, but the entire field at no charge to the County.
Stephen Alexander, Premier’s owner, is a very humble man who has quietly built a very successful business in Marshall County. No
one would know about this selfless act, but we thought it was kind enough to bring to public attention. They attacked the problem
aggressively, ensuring the field would be ready by the first pitch of the season. Not only did they remove all signs of damage to those
specific areas, they also restored the entire field and entrance to like-new condition. On behalf of Marshall County Fiscal Court, the
Miracle League athletes, and citizens of this county, we sincerely thank Stephen and his staff for their generosity.
