Please text me about your sessions for your group at least 2 days ahead of time. Unfortunately, sessions will be smaller for safety reasons. So text me to lock in your spot with your group according skill level. Session closes after first 5/6. Also at the moment there are no membership/packages. For now, it is pay as you go.

Earlier, I recorded a video which contained an update on training sessions. As you can see, that video is still loading🤔. So I will try again tomorrow and I will type the updates up tonight just in case the video attempt is an epic fail AGAIN tomorrow!

It is official!! Starting this week we are back in the gym training.
First and foremost, I want to thank everyone again for the calls, texts, gifts and dinner for baby Kash and my family! You all are truly a blessing to us all. Kash is 1 month old today and is sooo sweet. We just have to get our days and nights together.🤔 Lol. Taking any suggestions on that in 5, 4, 3, 2, 1...
I am happy to get back in the gym this week to help shape, mold and elevate your child's game! Feel free to reach out to me if you have any questions or if you are interested but didn't get the schedule! Training sessions will be slightly different as far as the break up of the groups.
