Prayers from the Legends Family !!!

Charlie Stephens update: As many of you know, Charlie went in for Stents due to blockages on Tuesday. Unfortunately the blockages were much more extensive than the surgeon initially expected. On Wednesday, Charlie underwent a triple bypass as well as valve replacement. Since surgery, Charlie has been on a Ventilator and is having a hard time coming off of it.

Right now, the greatest thing any of us can do is pray. Please join us in praying specifically for Charlie’s strength, healing, and for his body to respond so he can come off the ventilator. Please also pray for peace, comfort, and strength for his family during this incredibly difficult time.

Charlie has touched so many lives, and now we are asking everyone whose life he has touched to surround him and his family in prayer.

The score gets forgotten, but the friendships and memories made on the field last forever.
Some of the past and present Legends played against each other and split the wins .

It's hard to believe most of these girls were only 6 or 7 years old when the Legends began. Now we're talking about middle school, juggling multiple sports, different schedules, and busy seasons. Yet somehow, we always find a way to make it work.
Tonight, the girls reminded us why.
When we asked what they loved most, not one of them mentioned the wins. They talked about the friendships, how close they've become, and the memories they've made together.
As competitive as we all are, the truth is the wins have never been what mattered most. This team has played up in age almost every season, and more often than not, we've found ourselves competing in the Gold Bracket.
Whether we win it or come up just short, that says a lot about this group. They compete with teams that travel more and play far more tournaments than we do.
What makes the Legends special isn't just their talent it's their loyalty. Year after year, these girls choose to stay together, and year after year, we're thankful they still let us be the ones to coach them.
The Rings will eventually collect dust, but the friendships, lessons, and memories they're building will last a lifetime. 🥎

It’s hard to beat a team that stays together, plays together, and grows together.
The teams that choose to build, develop, and believe in each other create something special. Chasing the next best athlete may build a roster, but it doesn’t always build a family

Some of the Legend ladies got the chance to step onto the field at the Chattanooga Lookouts game tonight! ⚾️🥎
The Lookouts brought home a win! We enjoyed a great night at the ballpark.
Ball games, teammates, family, and memories that's what it's all about.

Another season has come to an end.
When I say there is something special about the Legends family, I truly mean it. For a team that practices one day a week, plays maybe twice a month, and takes time off to be kids and spend time with family, these girls and parents have become more than a team they've become family.
While we're out here making memories, we're also making ballplayers. This our girls have proved that it doesn't take six days a week, year round schedules, and burnout to build something great. It takes commitment. It takes trust. It takes coaches who are faithful to their players and focused on developing the athletes they have instead of always searching for the next best player.
The growth these girls have shown has been incredible to watch. They play for each other, support one another, and continue to improve every time they step on the field.
Thank you to every player, parent, and coach who has been part of this journey. The wins, losses, food trailer meals, laughs, and memories are what make this team special.
The season may be over, but the Legends family is just getting started.
