In our team building with horses classes, we allow the students to come up with their own solutions to the problems they see, observe or even just think about. The horses act as their partners in these classes.
In this week’s class, the students wanted to establish trust with the horses. They came up with a simple plan to be kind, and to devote spending time with the horses. The simplicity of their plan served them well, because by the end of the class, the horses wanted to be near them and were happy to be a part of the team. 😊
