Benton City Disc Golf

The Benton City Disc Golf hats are complete. We made 48 of them and are now about 1/4 of the way to our goal of purchasing glow in the dark disc golf equipment for our course.

The Hats are 30 dollars each. With 100% of proceeds going to this goal. The dark Grey ones are selling quickly with only a few left.

Sneak peak at the patches for the hats. We will need to raise about 900 dollars to purchase the glow disc set up in Benton City. Hats will cost 30 dollars, with all proceeds going directly to the goal of getting a glow course setup to include glow disk chargers at every tee pad.

Give me an idea in the comments how many hats I should be making as the cost of materials is not cheap. I am committed to making as many hats as there are people interested, and more. The hats will be available at the grand opening event on April 18th.

We are thinking about doing a limited production of Benton City Disc golf hats. The proceeds would go to purchasing glow disc basket lights and glow disc charging stations.

We are going to do an impromptu disk golf course clean up tomorrow morning. We will start around 7am. With a focus on clearing the trees that fell, and clearing branches and some of the previous piles of limbs.

Please come out if you are able. Bring gloves. Any able body would be great for manual labor, or as simple as a fire watch so we can tackle the heavy lifting and labor.

GLOW round BC course at 6:30 pm. If we get a big group we will do dubs. Hole 2 & 3 will be skipped. Windy Cities Disc Golf!

As most of you already know we are experiencing the floods coming over into the course. As of today, Hole 3 is completely submerged under water. The baskets are in a concrete drum that is weighing it down so it should be good there is also no current in the flooded area. We will keep an eye and monitor. You could still play a round just skip 3 and go to four.

Hole 12 is still in the clear but will keep everyone posted with more updates.

Like always get out and play.

We are looking into integrating some glow in the dark disc golf amenities within our course, and we're hoping to hear if this is something that our community would be interested in with the days getting darker earlier.

We could have glow in the dark disc's available for purchase, and glow charge stations and basket lights installed throughout the course.

Hello Disc Golf Fanatics.
We will be doing some wood chipping tomorrow morning 8 am at the course. We could use a few more hands to help feed the chipper and a raking. We plan to do as much as possible as we have a parade and Benton City Daze going on as well
