You’ve talked yourself out of coming because the videos you watch have moves you don’t think you can do. Let me tell you, you can do any move you want to do as long as you are moving and having fun.

My foot has been giving me issues for the last several weeks and this video right here is me modifying to what my body can do because that’s what I need. IT IS STILL JUST AS FUN AND EFFECTIVE! Moving your body is better than not moving your body 🫶👏

So if you’ve told yourself you shouldn’t go because I can’t do that or I can’t keep up, I promise you can. The only person you need to keep up with is yourself 🫶❤️
