The strength & endurance class threw a surprise 90th birthday party for Judy, one of their classmates. Judy works out 5 days a week doing the regular classes. She can get down to the floor and back up better than some who are 65. Judy also plays the piano at the First Presbyterian Church. She is an avid U of A ( her alma mater) basketball fan and also the Phoenix Suns. She has 5 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.
FF can help you reach your fitness goals and lead an active life at any age.
