So hard to believe it was a full week ago we were welcoming our 3rd year of competitors for the 3rd Annual Chicago Mermaid Championship. Time flies, and we're so excited to start planning for the next championships to come! 🏆

We have one more very special shout-out to our friends for the generous donation of one weekend Tidewalker Pass to their inaugural convention happening THIS June 13-14th at the beautiful RUSD Aquatic Center in Mt Pleasant, WI- just a little over a month away. There are exciting guest panels, vendors, workshops, and more chances to show off your mermaid skills in the water!

We are flipping out for this Friday shout-out to the in Oscoda, Michigan! Thank you so much for the donation of one free campsight for two nights during the festival. The festival runs August 1-2 this year, and the event is free to attend. 🌊

Last summer was their inaugural year, where they achieved the Guinness World Record for gathering 500 merfolk in one place. This event was created in an effort to raise awareness and fundraise to help clean up the freshwater bodies of Oscoda, which have been contaminated by forever chemicals. It's so incredible to witness community gathering together to make a difference, not to mention having so much fun while doing it. Join them this August for two full days of fun in the sun on Lake Huron! 🧜🏼‍♀️
