Two requested (‼️) Eagles Maces went out this morning. Both ~8lbs with solid wood handles.

These pieces keep getting better and the way that Kelly Green vase looks with the Oak handle makes it seem like something Chuck Bednarik would use as a secret weapon to dial up the pain in his tackles.

will have content focused around the Mace in the near future, but I’m enjoying the sh*t out of bringing these bludgeons to life.

Another thanks to & for their Gada ebook and inspiration to create and sell these simple yet dynamic workout tools.

I refuse to ever say “I’m bored.”
This goes for my workouts as well.
Doing x sets of y reps started to bore me, so I went outside and just did whatever flowed. No counting, no program written out, just went with the flow. I repeated a few things I liked and ditched the things I didn’t.
It was fun work.
Onnit Steel Mace, Steel Clubs, and a sledgehammer.

Ayo- no live workout today but here’s a simple one.
5-10 Rounds:
10 squats
10 weighted curls —> as many banded curls as possible
10 weighted tricep press OR close-grip pushups —> as many tricep pull aparts OR pushdowns as possible
Get to work!

Alright Spartan gang- with everything shut down, I wanted to gauge if a time is preferred for Instagram and/or Facebook live workouts this week. Nick and I will keep sending out workout formats for you to complete in your own time, but maybe we group up online and pretend we’re at class so I can still yell out how much time is left for your planks 🤙 let me know what you think.
