Congratulations to RAC personal training client, Cindy, on losing 100lbs in 10 months! What an AMAZING transformation and accomplishment. Besides training at the RAC 3x per week, Cindy works out at home and has turned her diet around!

Losing weight isn’t just about looking good- it’s also about feeling good by improving your health and well being. No one wants to get winded by playing with their kids or walking their dog. You will look good now, but you’ll also be setting yourself up for a better quality of life in the decades to come.

Driver's License Milestone! Congratulations to student J.G. on receiving his driver's license. J.G. started training with us when he was a child and now, he's driving to his martial arts lessons! We have had many students start training with us when they were children and stay with us until they go to college. In fact, we have two students that started with us as kids and continue to train with us as college students.

CLIENT SHOUTOUT!

Avani is a nurse, who this week is working 5 overnight, 12 hour shifts, 7:00pm until 7:00am. Twice this week she drove straight to the RAC from her shift to train. She is also studying for her masters degree and has an infant son💪🏻🔥. When you want to say “I don’t have time,” instead replace it with “it’s not a priority,” and you will put a lot of things into perspective. Avani understands what it takes to reach her goals, and won’t let excuses stop her.
